Everyone with an open clock-in and no matching clock-out yet.
Records are visible to everyone, but only an editor who logs in below can change the Attendance Records table (including notes) or adjust its column widths.

Warns when someone is approaching or has passed a weekly overtime threshold, based on completed shifts already in the table above (Monday–Sunday business week).
Summarizes each employee's hours over a pay period, with overtime already split out per business week (using the threshold set above in Overtime Alerts) — no manual math is needed. Column layout isn't matched to a specific payroll provider, but this can be changed.
Choose a folder once below (e.g. navigate to C:\QualityInnTracker\ in the picker) and this page will remember it and write a new .xlsx file there every day at 10:00 AM, as long as this tab stays open in Chrome or Edge. Each file is named like "(YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM)Attendance_Tracker.xlsx" (using 24-hour time, and hyphens used in place of colons). Clock-in and clock-out entries for the same person are combined onto one line when the clock-out falls within 12 hours of the clock-in. If the folder isn't available, or you're on a browser without this support, the export will fall back to a normal file download instead.
